P.J. Jacob from Kakkanad Ascension Church was the Guest of Honor. Achan delivered the message during the service. Rev. P.S. Ebenezer, Rev. Sam Prakash and Rev. Dr. Vincent Moses led the service.

A ‘Sing-Song’ session was arranged after the Malayalam Service which began at 11:30 am. Unlike the Harvest Festival Service which features songs from our sub-organizations, the church members were given a platform to sing Christian Devotional Songs in solo or as a group. Mr. Reginold Suresh, Mr. Sushil Fredrick, Ms. Edna Pearson, Ms. Christin Kuruvilla, Mr. Binal Sathyadasan and Mr. Joy Bennet (who is a professional singer) rendered beautiful songs. Lunch was arranged and served for all members from the Cathedral Hall from 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm.

Our Chief Guest for the day, His Grace Mathews Mar Aprem Thirumeni (Assistant Bishop, Angamali diocese, Jacobite-Syrian Church) reached well in time and the procession comprising the Pastorate committee members, Diocesan Council Members and other Presbyters; bearing the First Fruits slowly moved towards the church. The church bells rang in harmony declaring the beginning of the Harvest Festival and Annual Thanksgiving Service.
