Meeting of Medical Personnel - Update 1

• A meeting of all the medical personnel in our church was called after the Malayalam Service on 31st August.
• Around 20 people attended this meeting.
• The main agenda was utilization of the Sathyanathan Memorial Hall lying adjacent to the Sr. Karuna Memorial Prayer Hall at Kattangal.
• The Kattangal Committee had proposed to start a medical clinic in this hall which was earlier used for conducting tailoring classes for the people in the locality.
• A broad discussion on the feasibility and future of beginning and continuing such a venture was held. To begin with, the gathering agreed to conducting one or two Medical Camps at this place upfront, to get the general feeling and approach of the neighbourhood. 
• A small committee has been formed for this purpose which will finalize the date of conducting such a Camp; preferably on a Sunday after the Divine Service at the Sr. Karuna Memorial Prayer Hall.

• A meeting of all persons working in the Medical Field (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff, Pain and Palliative Care Volunteers, Medical Representatives) is scheduled on the 31st of August 2014 after the Malayalam Service. All are requested to attend this meeting.

Harvest Festival 2014 Planning

A meeting to plan the upcoming Harvest Festival was held on the 24th of August, Sunday after the Malayalam Service. As always, this year's Harvest Festival and Annual Thanksgiving service will be held on November 9th; the Second Sunday. Our main project for this year is to build a "Prayer Hall" at Kuttikkattoor-Poovattuparamba area. We also plan to develop it into an outstation church in future. Requesting your prayers and support.
